Herman gained valuable course experience in both Provincial Court and the Court of Queen's Bench while practicing family law and criminal lawyer early in his legal career. He has broadened his litigation experience to include employment matters and personal injury. While at law school, Herman volunteered at CLASSIC, a student-run legal clinic for low-income members of the community, which included participating in an intensive semester.
